Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work or related field.
• One year of continuous full-time paid work experience with youth and families in a youth service setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Reliable transportation with a valid Texas driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, curriculum-based Parent/Teen Survival Program sessions (2 to 2½ hours) for youth and parents. Facilitate groups that support skill development, accountability, conflict resolution, and family engagement.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation, including participant case notes, attendance records, incident reports, and required program documentation. Monitor participation and engagement and communicate concerns to the Project/Program Manager as needed.
• Coordinate and prepare materials, copies, and supplies necessary to support the effective delivery of Parent/Teen Survival Program group sessions.
• Travel to assigned group locations and deliver services in community-based settings while maintaining coordination with the Project/Program Manager. Maintain professionalism, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Attend required trainings related to Parent/Teen Survival Program curriculum, facilitation strategies, diversion requirements, and youth and family engagement. Participate in curriculum updates, program evaluations, and effectiveness reviews.
