Job Opportunity: MST Therapist Supervisor in Gainesville, GA

We are seeking an individual with supervisory and leadership experience, as well as strong mental health clinical training and experience, to lead a team of 2-3 therapists in implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Gainesville, GA.

MST is a well-researched community-based treatment model aimed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families. Interested persons may find more information about this treatment model at www.mstservices.com.

Key Duties include:

1. Clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on the team
2. Liaison with key collaborating agencies and internal leadership
3. Providing ongoing evaluation and staff development for therapists
4. Interfacing with MST expert consultants

Must be available to support therapists implementing MST 24/7 with backup from other supervisory staff. Preferred qualifications include specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and behaviorally-based marital and drug treatment therapies. Two to three years of clinical supervisory experience is preferred.

Masters Degree required.
