Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑minded organization providing behavioral health services across southeastern and central Ohio. We seek a full‑time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in need of behavioral health services, delivering coordinated care in homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements as defined by the Ohio Board.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Willing to participate in cross-systems team-building.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and needs of individuals and families.
• Provide and coordinate clinical and social services.
• Carry out utilization review and QA activities.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program evaluation.
• Meet billing productivity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
