Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in education, social services or business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Access to a vehicle and internet at home.
• Able to pass all required background checks.
• Fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Develop community job leads aligned with participants' needs.
• Complete Milestone and Monthly summaries for funding sources.
• Initiate and maintain contacts with businesses via multiple outreach methods.
• Conduct informational interviews with employers.
• Match participants to jobs and refer them to employers.
• Provide job coaching as needed.
• Document all activity on participant records and job search logs.
• Attend networking opportunities to obtain employer contacts.
• Assist with resumes, emails, and job applications.
• Coordinate travel for interviews and job-related activities.
