National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a full-time Community Based Therapist to join the IHBT Team serving Fairfield County, Ohio. The role requires providing individual, group, and family mental health services in community settings, with daily travel to engage youth and families.

The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and meeting productivity targets, while offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within NYAP.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state or contract regulations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Actively supports, represents, and extends NYAP's mission, vision, and values.
• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, transportation, and other professional services achieving outcomes.
• Travels daily to provide community based services to youth and families in compliance with requirements.
• Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Achieves established productivity thresholds and participates in on-call crisis support.
