Job summary

Wraparound Maryland, Inc. in Delaware is seeking a Family Interventionist to engage with youth, families and professionals and develop individualized plans in alignment with court requirements. The role emphasizes teamwork among professional and non-professional staff and a person-centered approach.

The position is in-person in New Castle County; candidates should have a BA/BS in social work or related field, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work, psychology or related field required.
• Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community.
• Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans meeting family and court requirements.
• Work as part of a team including professional and non-professional members.
• Effectively manage deadlines and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
