The role emphasizes integrity in communication, collaboration across agency departments, and assisting members in understanding how benefits affect employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in rehabilitation/employment services or related care settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain departmental operations to meet contract, accreditation, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Coordinate information and help resolve challenges with integrity and clear communication.
• Foster professional relationships across departments, staff, and the community.
• Engage members to support competitive employment in community settings.
• Manage caseload of 25 or more depending on program scope.
• Help members understand how entitlements (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, EBT) affect employment decisions.

Education
