Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology/social work is required.
• Experience or understanding of mental health services and supports is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and community-based employment services to adults with mental illness.
• Develop employment plans and document contacts, assessments and progress.
• Engage employers through outreach and job development activities.
• Maintain client documentation and periodic chart reviews to support treatment plans.
