You will identify job opportunities, offer guidance on benefits, and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success in the workplace. This role emphasizes compassionate service and collaboration with local employers.

Qualifications

• Degree or cert required or preferred as listed above.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology used for documentation and workflow.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work with the community and employers.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive employment assessments of the individual’s skills and preferences.
• Build relationships with employers to expand employment opportunities within the community.
• Provide follow-along support before transitioning the individual to less intensive care.
• Educate individuals about how employment affects benefits and financial stability.
