Job summary

Wall Residences exists to provide high-quality community services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals for Community-Based services in the Bumpass, Virginia area in Louisa County.

You will support individuals in learning basic social skills, self-care, communication, and community participation by accompanying them into the community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive with a valid license and meet driving record requirements.
• Prior experience in direct support or care roles is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in learning basic social skills, self-care, and community integration.
• Accompany participants to diverse activities, events, and outings.
• Maintain accurate, timely notes and documentation to ensure continuity of quality care.
