Wall Residences is seeking direct support professionals for community-based services in the Bumpass, Virginia area. Full-time and part-time positions available; must be flexible to evenings and weekends.

DSPs support individuals in social skills, self-care, and community integration, with paid training including First Aid/CPR, CMRT, and medication administration. Employees receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a cooperative, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional is preferred.
• Must be flexible to evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record required as per guidelines.
• Paid training provided including First Aid/CPR, CMRT, Medication Administration, and DSP training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in learning basic social skills and self-care.
• Assist with communication, exploring interests, and community integration.
• Accompany clients to community activities and events.
• Maintain accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care.
