Job summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions seeks Community Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental and behavioral challenges in home and community settings. The role involves helping with daily living activities, coordinating community outings, and supporting self-care under supervision.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for community visits. Training is provided by a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Qualifications

• Experience with disabilities is helpful but not required.
• CPR, Crisis Management, and First Aid are required training
• New Hire Orientation and background check with clean driving record required
• Pass a drug screening and have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills and self-care tasks.
• Support community outings and in-home or community-based services.
• Perform meal preparation and basic household activities.
• Document sessions clearly within required timeframes.
• Maintain professional boundaries and person-centered care approaches.
