Job summary

Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Community Based Day Program Supervisor to oversee day program operations in North Attleboro, MA. The role coordinates Direct Care staff, participates in ISP meetings, and supports the Program Director in designing curricula that advance participant progress.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and two years in a related human services field, plus a valid driver's license and clean CORI/fingerprint. Hours are 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with two years' experience in a related human services field with some case management knowledge.
• Previous experience in a CBDS program is a plus.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting report is required.

Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. serves the residential and day program needs of adult individuals with developmental disabilities and vocational rehabilitative needs in Southeast, MA.

We are currently accepting applications for a Community Based Day Program Supervisor. This position will be located in North Attleboro, MA until our new site in Plainville, MA opens.

This position will be responsible for:

• 1. Managing Direct Care staffs' assignments and performance;
• 2. Attending ISP meetings;
• 3. Assisting Program Director in the design and implementation of program curriculum that facilitates participant progress; and assessment of individual participant's abilities and the development of goals and training methods.
• 4. Maintaining lines of communication with personnel, parents/guardians, and other service providers to ensure integration of services.

High School Diploma with two-years' experience in a related human services field with some case management knowledge. Previous experience in a CBDS program a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting report is required.

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Starting pay is $25.50 per hour.
