Aspire of WNY is hiring full-time aides for our Community-Based Day Service programs. The role involves supporting people with developmental disabilities in community settings, promoting independence, and assisting with daily living activities. Monday through Friday with driving responsibilities using your own vehicle.

Hourly pay ranges from $20.48 to $20.85. Benefits include health, dental, retirement, and education reimbursement, among others.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid NYS Driver License.
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist people we support with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and feeding.
• Support learning and independence through community-based activities and skill-building.
• Help build relationships and support vocational skill development.
• Provide safety supervision and follow program protocols, including medication administration.

Join Us! We are currently hiring full time aides to work in our Community-Based Day Service programs. It is the responsibility of all aides to ensure safety of the people we support and provide supports needed for each person to learn and grow.

Our Community-Based Day Service programs offer the people with developmental disabilities volunteer opportunities and personalized skill development. Activities occur mostly in the community. You would assist the people we support with building relationships, gaining independence and some vocational skill building.This position also supports people with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living – including, but not limited to, personal hygiene care, feeding and administering medication.

This position is Monday through Friday. There will be driving responsibilities using your personal vehicle.

Hourly rate of pay: $20.48 – $20.85

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess of valid NYS Driver License
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
