Job summary

Compass Behavioral Health seeks an experienced TCM Specialist for the Garden City, KS area. You will coordinate waiver paperwork, connect clients with medical, social, and educational services, and develop wraparound teams and plans of care to ensure plans are effective.

The role requires a BA/BS degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and certification within six months. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks are also required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in human services field.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete Case Management certification within six months of employment and maintain it thereafter.
• Must pass background checks (KBI, SRS, child/adult abuse registry) and motor vehicle screens.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and complete waiver paperwork for CBS waiver consumers.
• Help individuals access medical, social, educational and other services.
• Develop wraparound teams and plans of care; monitor progress notes and adjust plans as needed.
