KidsPeace in the United States is seeking a Community Based Case Manager to deliver home-based services to families engaged with DCS, support adoption readiness, and coordinate visits.
You will work with children and caregivers to strengthen family resilience, arrange transportation, and document activities; a driver’s license is required to transport clients and participate in community resources.

The Community Based Case Manager is responsible for the provision of home-based casework services for families involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS), provides supervision of family visits and assists in the preparation of assessing the readiness of adoption of children in the custody of the State.
