Job summary

Intent Clinical is seeking a part-time Therapeutic Recovery Coach in Westport, CT. The role involves meeting clients in community or home settings up to 10 hours per week, performing biopsychosocial assessments, and coordinating comprehensive plans across clinical, educational, vocational, and social domains.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and has experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Neurocognitive Disorders, plus at least one year in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Neurocognitive Disorders.
• At least 1 year of direct client experience in behavioral health or related fields.
• Ability to calmly manage client crises as they arise.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients 1-5 times per week in community or home settings.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and consult reports.
• Coordinate and address educational, vocational, recreational, and social needs.
• Facilitate communication between treatment team, client, and family.
• Develop short and long-term client goal plans and document progress.
