Job summary

CrossWinds Counseling & Wellness seeks an Attendant Care Worker to provide direct support to agency clients, helping them accomplish daily activities and live more independently in community settings.

The role involves supervising clients, assisting with personal hygiene, meal prep, and transportation as assigned, while maintaining accurate records and reporting to supervisors. Evening and weekend shifts are possible as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in health/human services preferred.
• Ability to work with persons with serious emotional disturbance and/or severe mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in achieving daily living activities and personal growth goals.
• Monitor medication compliance as prescribed and report concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of client services and submit paperwork timely.
