Penndel Mental Health Center in Langhorne, PA seeks an Assertive Community Treatment Psychiatrist to join our mission-driven team delivering in-community psychiatric care to adults with serious mental illness.

This role emphasizes hands-on evaluation, monthly symptom monitoring, and leadership of medication management within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and case managers.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in psychiatry.
• Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with Assertive Community Treatment or community-based psychiatry.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 32 hours per week of psychiatric evaluation and treatment in the community for up to 100 patients.
• Monthly symptom assessments and monitoring of medical conditions.
• Attend Morning Meeting Grand Rounds to discuss client progress.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Direct operation of medication services with the team.
