Job summary

MiSide in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced mental health professional for a full-time role serving consumers with SPMI and co-occurring disorders. The position emphasizes independent work, collaboration with ACT/IDDT teams, and community-based supports.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field, Michigan licensure preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Salary is hourly, with up to 50% travel, and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related Medicaid-billable field.
• State of Michigan social work licensure (LMSW/LLMSW) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if used.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in diverse community settings with consumers with chronic mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Completes Integrated Bio-Psychosocial & LOCUS assessments for ACT/IDDT consumers.
• Develops and reviews Individual Person-Centered Plans of Service with consumers.
• Provides individual, group, and family support as indicated.
• Maintains consumer records and prepares reports timely.
• Participates in team meetings and trainings.
