Job summary

Carolina Outreach, LLC is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The role focuses on in-home therapy, employment support, symptom stability, and improving community functioning for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.

You will collaborate with clients, families, and natural supports to deliver person-centered, strengths-based interventions and assist with housing, education, and employment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Psychology required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based therapy and employment support to ACT clients.
• Assist with employment, housing, and educational goals for clients.
• Maintain documentation and ensure fidelity to ACT model (TMACT).
