ACNB Bank is hiring a Community Banking Associate (Teller) for the McSherrystown office. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling deposits and checks, and building relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service and cash handling in retail or banking preferred.
• Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and math skills. Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to lift ~20 pounds and occasionally ~50 pounds of coin.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with transactions and questions using service standards.
• Process deposits, cash checks, loan payments, and official checks; maintain cash levels.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement, balance cash drawer, and ensure accuracy.
• Support adherence to internal policies and risk management practices.
