The role requires 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• 6 months of cash handling or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong math skills including fractions and percentages.
• Proficiency with typing and computer operation.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management; able to follow procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cash advances, check cashing.
• Issue cashier's checks and manage stop payments and wire transfer requests.
• Promote banking services and products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information.
• Operate basic banking technology: computers, 10-key calculator, copier/fax, telephones.
• Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy.
• Open/close accounts and assist customers with banking services.
