Job summary

• Manage work schedules, overtime, and tasks.
• Train and supervise employees for operations and service.
• Manage location expenses and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in community events and model positive culture.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions.
• Ensure operational excellence and audits preparation.
• Greet customers and process transactions; assist with complex transactions.
• Generate non-interest income and grow deposits and loans.
