Job summary

Frontier Bank of Texas is seeking a Community Banking Representative to serve as the front-line service banker for our bank's prospects and customers seeking to start and grow a relationship with us.

The role requires accurate processing of transactions, cash drawer management, and adherence to security policies. You will assist with account maintenance, provide excellent service, and support sales of banking products both in-branch and via calls.

Qualifications

• The individual must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash handling and balance procedures is preferred.
• Ability to upsell digital banking solutions and related services.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and processes deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Maintains teller cash drawer and balances at end of shift.
