Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• College-level coursework in finance, business management, and/or accounting is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, transfers, cash advances and withdrawals with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with account maintenance including address changes and debit card orders.
• Provide a high level of courteous service while protecting confidentiality.
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and connecting them to appropriate resources.
• Participate in team efforts and support branch goals through excellent service.
