Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants should be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) or associate degree program in any field of study.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, positive and team-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn roles within Retail, Lending, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Management.
• Develop customer service skills and gain insight into creating an excellent customer experience.
• Contribute fresh perspectives on existing procedures and projects.

• Work with mentors for professional development and career guidance.
• Participate in personal and professional development events in collaboration with Iowa bank internship programs.
