Job summary

The position supports opening and maintaining checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and basic loans, with teller duties and referrals to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, and Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Uses tact and diplomacy effectively when interacting with clients and coworkers.
• Possesses working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft programs, and strong 10-key skills.
• Maintains working knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including consumer and basic business checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and more.
• Performs Teller duties, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and currency counting.
• May engage in conversations about and process new consumer loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents referrals.
