The role requires 1–3 years of banking or retail experience and an Associate’s Degree or equivalent. You’ll work with a collaborative team that supports growth and community impact in a local credit union

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years retail or banking experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial advocate/coach for members and help improve their financial standing.
• Drive member loan volume by identifying needs and matching appropriate products.
• Perform teller duties (cash handling, transactions) as needed.
• Process member applications from initiation to closing with accuracy.
• Maintain branch professionalism and security; support branch manager when needed.
• Foster positive team environment and adhere to credit union policies and procedures.
