Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Community Banker I to drive new customer growth and deepen relationships with existing clients. You will apply a broad knowledge of banking products and services to cross-sell effectively.

You will conduct at least five sales calls weekly, actively network in the community, and work toward loan and deposit targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Bring in new bank customers and enhance existing relationships by executing a sales plan (min 5 sales calls per week).
• Set, plan, and execute weekly sales calls on existing customers, prospects and centers of influence.
• Actively network in the community to build relationships that lead to referrals.
• Consistently meet or exceed loan, deposit, and cross selling goals.
• Manage and monitor your loan portfolio within the guidelines set by the Chief Credit Officer and Loan Operations Manager.
• Complete all assigned training by required deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
