First State Community Bank seeks a Community Banker to deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and open new accounts in Columbia, MO. You’ll build lasting relationships and educate customers on products that support their financial goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent Teller/cash handling experience (desirable).
• Basic Math or accounting skills.
• Exhibits Customer Service skills.
• Sales Experience (desirable).
• Presents alignment with FSCB Values.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.
