Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a Community Banker in Cape Girardeau, MO to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with customers. You will process transactions, open new accounts, and help clients find financial solutions that fit their needs.

The role emphasizes accurate, friendly service and active participation in community engagement. Weekend/extended hours may be required to meet business needs and support our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Teller/cash handling experience desirable.
• Basic Math or accounting skills.
• Computer experience.
• Exhibits Customer Service skills.
• Sales Experience (desirable).
• Presents alignment with FSCB Values.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.
