Job summary

FSCB is seeking a Community Banker in Washington, MO to deliver exceptional service, process transactions, and open new accounts while helping customers meet their financial goals. You will build lasting relationships with clients and represent FSCB within the communities we serve.

The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, accuracy, and a team-driven environment where growth and learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; teller/cash handling experience desirable.
• Basic Math or accounting skills helpful.
• Computer proficiency and basic software skills.
• Solid customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Sales experience desirable for cross-selling.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours as needed.
