Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a Community Banker to deliver exceptional service and open new accounts, helping customers achieve their financial goals.

You will build relationships, educate clients on products, and represent FSCB in the communities we serve. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Teller/cash handling experience (desirable).
• Basic Math or accounting skills.
• Computer Experience.
• Exhibits Customer Service skills.
• Sales Experience (desirable).
• Presents alignment with FSCB values.
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business.
