Job summary

Associa, a leader in community association management, is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to collaborate with boards, homeowners, and vendors. The role involves traveling to associations for meetings, inspections, and events and coordinating annual disclosures, notices, and financial packages as required by law and governing documents.

The CAM will review monthly financials, provide management summaries to boards, and offer recommendations on major capital expenditures to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulkmailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.
• Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community's appearance and operation.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Experience in Community Management,customer service,hospitalityor other related industry
• Proficiencyin typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
• Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in groupsetting
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
