Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota.
• 2 years of legal experience with exposure to community association law, landlord/tenant, and real estate litigation.
• Strong negotiating skills and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on HOA and real estate documents.
• Handle real estate litigation, including foreclosure-related actions and landlord/tenant cases.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Manage disputes with contractors and insurance carriers on construction projects.
• Maintain proactive client communication about case status.
• Track deadlines and file progression to ensure compliance and efficiency.
