In this dynamic part-time role, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting our members, making guests feel welcome, and ensuring smooth operations in our flexible workspaces.
“Flexible workspaces” are spaces designed for freelancers, remote workers, startups, and small businesses. They offer professional amenities like high-speed Internet, meeting rooms, mail service, coffee and snacks, and a collaborative atmosphere that fosters productivity and networking without requiring a long-term lease.

Preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm
Major Accountabilities
- Foster a friendly, inclusive environment; become familiar with members and get to know their business goals and personal interests.
- Staff designated flexible workspace locations front desk during scheduled hours. Professionally screen calls and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the workplace, including the kitchen, conference room, restrooms, and lounge areas.
- Maintain and replenish supply inventory and consumables in the kitchen and print areas.
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail, packages, and pallets to member suites.
Other General Duties and Expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with teammates, customers, members, visitors, and vendors in person and via telephone, email.
- Provide general administrative support including phone/email/visitor screening to managers within the Flexible Workspace department.
- Assist members with Wi-Fi, device connectivity, and workspace technology.
- Support Community Managers by helping staff and execute with member and community-focused events.
- Assist with sales inquiries and tours, and welcome new members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on company needs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Become familiar with multiple Hone and Launchbox locations and assist with coverage as required.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures with ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to community members and internal customers.
- Exceptional verbal/interpersonal skills and ability to understand and respond to a diverse population of members, colleagues, and vendors with a business/professional focus.
- Strong initiative, work ethic, multitasking ability and follow through.
- Proficiency in using desktop and web applications, general technology literacy and ease in learning new software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from members, clients, customers, and the public.
- Safely operate light warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack, based on training to be received.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, warehouse, or property.
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including a professional and positive communication style.
- A clean driving record with reliable transportation is required.
- Proven ability to build and maintain quality relationships with members, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work with sensitive files and maintain confidentiality; must complete criminal background check.
