As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries to create and maintain your own community within your center, providing administrative and support services so customers can focus on running their business.

Typical Day at IWG

Arriving a few minutes before the center opens, you ensure everything is ready and check for any oversights by cleaners. Throughout the day, you handle a range of customer requests—changing Wifi codes, tracking packages, providing direction to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged and invoices accurate. You take breaks to recharge, sort mail, and answer further customer requests such as printing and invoicing. During the early afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute networking events, create e‑invitations, print posters, and encourage prospects to join the community. At the close of the day, you assist large groups with wrapping up and recommend nearby restaurants before ensuring everything is tidy and ready for the next day.

About You

• A good communicator who can build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
