As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and that nothing the cleaners have missed is overlooked.
Customers arrive throughout the morning asking for things such as changed Wi‑Fi codes, package location updates, meeting room directions, or help setting up projectors. You respond to each call, verify services are properly charged, and ensure invoices are accurate.
You manage mail, handle printing and invoicing requests, and open service tickets for maintenance needs. During the early afternoon you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan the next week’s networking event, write e‑invites, print posters, and place them on noticeboards.
When clients finish, you guide them to nearby restaurants for meals, clean up the space, and wrap up the day with a tidy center.
