The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers to enable them to focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive a few minutes before opening to ensure everything is ready and check for any missed tasks from cleaning staff.

Throughout the morning, you assist customers with various requests such as WiFi codes, package arrivals, directions, and setting up meeting rooms. You also connect incoming calls, ensure services are properly charged, and manage invoicing.

Enjoy a short coffee break, then handle mail and other customer requests, including printing and invoicing. You may also resolve issues like temperature complaints in meeting rooms by opening service tickets.

Later, you meet with the Community Manager to plan upcoming events, prepare invitations, and promote the community to prospective members. You help organize and tidy the center as the day ends, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

About you

We're seeking someone capable of managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathize with clients (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old
