The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, enabling them to focus on their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, such as changing WiFi codes, checking package arrivals, helping with meeting room setups, and managing invoices and billing. You also handle mail, coordinate events, and support community engagement activities.

You will also collaborate with the Community Manager on organizing networking events, promote the space to prospects, and ensure the center remains tidy and welcoming at the end of the day.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
