The Opportunity
ELITE is seeking a Technical Community Builder to join our mission of revolutionizing how technical talent collaborates with non-technical innovators in the AI era. In this founding team role, you'll help shape community growth and platform refinement of our groundbreaking professional network.
This position offers significant equity and the rare opportunity to define a new category at the intersection of AI development, professional credentialing, and collaborative innovation.
Note: Even if you have limited time currently, we're looking for commitment letters from potential team members to help us raise capital. Multiple individuals may be selected for this role.
About ELITE
ELITE is a collaborative innovation platform where verified technical experts use AI and low-code tools to accelerate product development for non-technical founders through guided, interactive sessions. Our members build verifiable portfolios of their contributions, creating a first-of-its-kind professional credential system for the emerging "vibe coding" ecosystem.
As part of the Just Badge Worldwide venture studio, ELITE serves as both a standalone community and a talent engine for rapidly developing and deploying portfolio applications with pre-secured distribution channels.
Your Mission
Your primary focus will be building and nurturing our technical community while helping refine our existing low-code platform implementation. You'll work directly with our founding team (which includes experienced technical leaders) to establish ELITE as the premier destination for technical experts who want to leverage their skills in the AI and low-code revolution.
What You'll Do
Community Building (70%)
- Recruit the founding cohort of technical experts through your network and targeted outreach
- Design and facilitate collaborative sessions between technical experts and non-technical founders
- Create engaging community rituals, events, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
- Establish community guidelines, quality standards, and contribution frameworks
- Nurture a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Platform Refinement (30%)
- Collaborate with our technical team to refine the ELITE platform experience
- Provide input on implementation of our gamification and professional credentialing system
- Help design member profiles and contribution tracking features
- Develop frameworks to measure and verify technical impact
- Gather and synthesize community feedback to guide platform evolution
Who You Are
- A community cultivator who has led developer groups, organized technical events, or managed online communities
- A technical professional with understanding of development workflows and technical collaboration
- A natural connector who enjoys bringing together talent and opportunities

- A communicator comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience building or managing technical communities
- Familiarity with AI, automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Technical background sufficient to understand and engage with developer needs
- Experience with community platforms, gamification systems, or credentialing mechanisms (preferred)
- Background in running technical workshops, trainings, or collaborative sessions

First 90 Days Success Metrics
- Days 1-30: Recruit first 10-15 technical members and refine community onboarding process
- Days 31-60: Launch initial cohort of sessions between technical experts and non-technical founders
- Days 61-90: Implement feedback mechanisms and grow community to 50+ engaged members
