As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, working to create and maintain your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers… so that your customers can focus on running their business.
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed.
Customers arrive throughout the morning. You assist with WiFi codes, package arrivals, directions, and setup for meetings. You handle incoming calls, ensure services are charged correctly, and manage customer requests.
Enjoy a coffee break, then continue assisting customers with printing, invoices, and facility issues. You also coordinate with the Community Manager for upcoming events and engage with prospective members.
At the end of the day, you ensure the center is tidy, direct meeting groups to nearby restaurants, and prepare to close the center.
