The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers… so they can focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, manage services, handle mail, and coordinate events. You take short breaks to relax and recharge. You also collaborate with the Community Manager on organizing networking events and engaging with prospective members. At day’s end, you ensure the center is tidy and ready for the next day.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

• A good communicator, able to build strong relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing situations
• Experienced with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
