JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role involves working with and supporting a team of leasing professionals to achieve occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office, including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and collateral materials.
  2. Assist with sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
  3. Assist with lease preparation by generating required paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
  4. Support move-in and move-out processes; work on these events, which are mandatory, with prior approval required for time off.
  5. Answer incoming calls and set appointments for property tours.
  6. Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to generate awareness and traffic.
  7. Coordinate resident functions and activities to enhance resident satisfaction.
  8. Schedule and conduct resident visits, distribute notices, flyers, newsletters, and surveys.
  9. Act as an after-hours liaison, responding to emergencies and resident concerns, with at least one on-call shift per week.
  10. Respond promptly and courteously to resident concerns and requests.
  11. Be available to work at least 10 hours per week.
  12. Be enrolled at a local university and in good academic standing.
  13. Reside onsite unless an exception is granted.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
