JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role involves working with and supporting the leasing team to achieve occupancy and retention goals through administrative, marketing, and customer service tasks at the community.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Perform administrative tasks in the leasing office, including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling calls, and organizing rent payments and collateral materials.
  2. Assist with sales and leasing activities such as conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
  3. Support lease preparation by generating lease paperwork and organizing resident files.
  4. Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including working on these dates as mandatory work days. Any time off during these periods must be approved in advance.
  5. Answer calls and set appointments for property tours.
  6. Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to increase community awareness and attract qualified traffic.
  7. Coordinate resident events and programs to enhance satisfaction, including parties, birthday cards, and unit visits.
  8. Schedule and conduct resident visits, distribute notices, flyers, newsletters, surveys, and late notices.
  9. Serve as an after-hours liaison for residents, responding to emergencies within the required timeframe. One on-call shift per week is expected.
  10. Respond promptly and courteously to resident concerns, taking action or documenting requests as needed.
Physical Demands:
  • Stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and perform physical activities like bending, climbing, reaching, and carrying objects.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Push, pull, lift, and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Travel may be required to assist other properties or attend training or meetings.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Compensation

Factors influencing pay include experience, skills, and location. The role may be eligible for bonuses based on individual and company performance, with variations for corporate and onsite positions.
