Summary
The Community Assistant reports to the Leasing Manager and is responsible for providing support to current and
prospective residents while ensuring they have a positive experience. The ideal Community Assistant will have excellent
communication skills, excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for helping
others. The Community Assistant is responsible for complying with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair
Housing.
