Join Our Team as a Community Assistant at Tailwind Group, Inc.

We are seeking a Community Assistant to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support at The Quarters Columbia, a housing community designed for University of Missouri students, featuring 260 units and 616 beds.

Position Details:

  • Part-time, variable schedule, not exceeding 29.5 hours per week
  • Compensation: $13.75/hour plus bonus potential

Responsibilities include:

  • Model and promote Tailwind Group’s five core values: Entrepreneurial, Versatile, Responsive, Innovative, and Integrity
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and community members
  • Assist with marketing efforts, events, leasing inquiries, move-in/move-out procedures, and administrative tasks
  • Respond to after-hours emergency issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Preferably reside onsite and be currently enrolled at the university
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated team player with positive problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
