Cardinal Group seeks a Community Assistant (Part-Time, Non-Exempt) to welcome residents and visitors and support daily housing operations. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, safety, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced on-campus setting.
Shifts run 9 am–6 pm in 4–8 hour blocks with up to 30 hours weekly, including weekends. Responsibilities include move-in/out support, reception duties, and vendor oversight, using Word/Outlook for communications.
POSITION: Community Assistant (Part-Time, Non-Exempt)
COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate, plus Benefits eligibility ($15 per hour)
SUMMARY: Through a strategic partnership between Capstone Management Partners (CMP) and Cardinal Group Management, we are providing for-purpose on-campus student housing management across the United States. CMP is focused on providing customized management services specific to university partners who prefer to outsource operations and facilities management while maintaining control over residential life services. For this reason, CMP is primarily focused on affiliated campus-edge and on-campus student housing facilities. CMP combines the strength and experience of a nationally renowned housing development and asset management company with the skills, efficiencies, and procedures of one of the most innovative and prolific student housing property managers in the country, Cardinal Group Management. A Community Assistant is an adaptive, outgoing, and hardworking leader. This position requires the ability to maintain high-quality customer service and safety awareness, and manage administrative daily tasks.
