Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience supervising lifeguards and swim instructors.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Obtain YMCA Aquatics Supervisor (YLINK) within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Aquatics Director in providing direction and leadership to the Aquatics Department.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate aquatic staff.
• Enforce aquatics safety rules consistently and fairly.
